In the past, Stuart has worked in countless British prominent fine dining restaurants and top luxury boutique hotels (holding Michelin stars) including: The Ned, The Ivy Cambridge, Corbin & King’s Colbert Chelsea, The Goring, The Dorchester as well as Downing College Cambridge and proud to also have had the privilege working as the Head Chef at Clarence House, London for HRH Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.
He even spent just over 3 years as Chef Teacher of Cuisine at the world famous Le Cordon Bleu Academy for Culinary Arts and holds awards: Elior Chef Of The Year Winner 2013 and La Parade de Chefs Silver Medallist 2014.
